Yet another Cobb Cole beachside building coming up on the docket for a rezoning request. Why do all their clients need special exceptions. I will be at the planning board meeting this week to oppose this rezoning request. The property owner bought it zoned the way it is. It does not help our community to make exception for developers at our expense. I'll be there Thursday at 6.
