-not done, look at CODB LDC 6.15.C.15.c.i
- then after all that realize the city themselves have said, they’ve done no studies related to erosion control, or wildlife impact because they don’t ‘think’ that’s their duty to do so unless required by county state or federal regulation.
-also note there’s no mention of flood control in the staff report.
Sorry I kinda want people to go look these things up and see if you come to the same conclusion I did. Don’t want to lead anyone in any specific direction or outcome. But you might find it interesting. I did. A few others have also.
